About the Role
Jabil - - Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of automation technicians, providing guidance and technical support for complex issues.; Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and calibration on a variety of automated machinery, including robots, PLCs, vision systems, and other control devices.; Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems in automated production lines.; Develop and implement solutions for recurring equipment failures and process inefficiencies to improve uptime and reduce scrap.; Program, modify, and optimize PLC logic (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI interfaces.
