- Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks (or interested to get trained) including the following work:
- Lawn Maintenance
- Debris/Junk removal
- Lock Changes
- Initial Services (including sales clean)
- Boarding
- General/Minor household repairs, etc.
PAY IS BASED ON YOUR BID AND AS PER THE ALLOWABLE LIST.
