Job Title: Launch Operations Specialist

Location: Sunnyvale , CA

Hire Mode: Contract - W2

Pay rate: $25-30/hr. on W2

Duration: 3 Months (Extension Possible)

Position Summary

·The Client is hiring a City Launcher to support local market operations and customer launch activities. This is a field-based role focused on recruiting, training, and managing onsite support specialists (OSS) while ensuring a high-quality customer experience across the assigned region

Key Responsibilities

·Source, interview, hire, and onboard onsite support specialists

·Conduct training and reinforce operational standards and service expectations

·Coordinate field coverage for customer launches and live operational shifts

·Evaluate onsite staff performance and provide coaching and feedback

·Support market growth through restaurant visits, test orders, and local operational initiatives

·Maintain staffing readiness and ensure quality execution across all assigned shifts

Required Qualifications

·2–5 years of experience in operations, field management, recruiting, training, or related roles

·Strong ability to assess candidate quality and team performance

·Comfortable giving direct feedback and coaching in field environments

·Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·Willingness to travel locally and work regularly in the field

Preferred Qualifications

·Experience in marketplace operations, gig workforce management, or hospitality

·Experience supporting launches or scaling operations in a new market

·Reliable pipeline of qualified onsite support specialists

·Fast ramp-up and strong performance of new hires
