Wendy's - - Responsibilities: Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures with crew members; Act as Cash Manager, including setting up cash registers and reconciling; Lead the kitchen team and supervise shifts according to the Daily Operations Plan; Perform walk-throughs to ensure readiness for open/close and rush periods; Monitor inventory, cooking, labeling, holding and rotation to minimize waste and control food cost
