Churchill Downs - - Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and attend to guests in the dining area; Handle cash, credit cards, or comps and process payments; ensure accuracy and close the register; Provide medium to high complexity hot and cold food preparation following recipes and guidelines; Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and ensure proper food handling and safety; Operate kitchen equipment, monitor food temperatures, and assist with various shift positions as needed
