Boot Barn - - Responsibilities: Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships; Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers; Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture); Assist with merchandising, floor moves, display maintenance, and store housekeeping; Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain cash/media accountability at POS
