Our client, a leading organization in the technology and automation sector, is seeking an IT Automation Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. As an IT Automation Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT department supporting automation initiatives and project execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Automation Support Specialist Location: Remote Pay Range: $49 What's the Job? Manage and contribute to major automation projects involving ServiceNow and Jira platforms Perform administrative and enablement duties related to automation processes Handle access requests and support automation efforts across teams Maintain, install, upgrade, and configure hardware and software related to defect automation systems Provide operational support for information systems and peripheral equipment, including servers and storage devices What's Needed? 3-5 years of relevant experience in automation support or related fields Strong knowledge of ServiceNow automation principles and strategies Proficiency in Jira administration, automation, and integrations Basic project management experience Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment What's in it for me?
