Finish Line - - Responsibilities: Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of customer service; Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets; Operational Excellence: Take part in daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment and store maintenance; Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals; Additional duties and projects as required
