The Budd Group - - Responsibilities: Lead and direct a crew of up to 28 industrial cleaners and 8 supervisors; Serve as the primary client contact during weekend hours to address immediate needs; Manage operational functions, including work schedules and full shift coverage; Maintain budget compliance by reviewing job costs and controlling expenses; Perform site evaluations and safety audits, including inspections at heights and in industrial spaces
