About the Role
IT Support Specialist (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers Aggregate function: Technology Business Area: Vantage Towers Technology Posting Country: Germany Full Time / Part Time: Full Time Contract Type: Permanent Your contribution: Responsible for diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to Windows OS, Cloud services, and Microsoft Azure. Answer questions regarding Microsoft 365 services, ensuring a smooth user experience and resolving all associated issues. Support users with setup and troubleshooting of Multi-Factor Authentication to secure access to company resources. Troubleshoot mobile phone issues, including software updates, configuration, and connectivity problems. Resolve hardware issues on computer equipment, performing repairs or coordinating warranty services with vendors. Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi and network connectivity issues, ensuring stable internet access for all users. Manage user identities and access permissions and resolve related issues to maintain security protocols. What makes you stand out: Vocational training in the IT field and at least 2 years professional experience in an IT support function, including direct user support and daily IT operations. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). Hands‑on experience with platforms such as SalesForce, ServiceNow, Affectli, AWS, GCP, and Office365. Experience dealing with Agentic AI is desirable. Practical experience providing technical support, sharing insights, and improving user experience with various computer devices and tools. Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems and provide rapid solutions. Fluent German and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form.
