We are currently expanding our business travel support team and looking for a specialist with knowledge of German to support the new digital tool Amadeus Cytric. Responsibilities: Support users from Germany in working with the Cytric platform — an innovative tool for booking business trips and managing expenses. Handle inquiries via phone, email, or the portal. Document cases in the Cherwell system according to ISMS policies and contribute to building the knowledge base. Escalate complex issues to specialized teams or external providers. Required Qualifications: Fluent German (C1 level) — both spoken and written. Basic technical knowledge and attention to detail. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience with travel booking and expense management tools is a plus. What We Offer: Official employment with a competitive salary (fixed in euros).
