A company is looking for an IT Software Dev Advisor to design and maintain software architecture and oversee programming and implementation projects. Key Responsibilities Ensure software scalability and data integrity across claims-related applications Collaborate with management to develop designs and define projects for strategic technology initiatives Manage analyst/programmers and provide recommendations for prioritizing change requests Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Management; Master's degree preferred Ten years of related experience, including seven years in software development Five years of hands-on programming experience in database and data-driven applications High level knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies Experience in leadership and management roles
