About the Role

A company is looking for an IT Service Management Analyst to manage IT service processes and major incident responses. Key Responsibilities Administer ITSM processes and coordinate major incident responses Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes Generate reports on process performance and provide training to IT staff Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT service management Experience managing major IT incidents ITIL Foundations certification or training preferred Strong technical understanding of incident response in cloud environments
