What You'll Do Lead and manage IT project delivery for secure mobile solutions aligned with CSfC requirements. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and integrate enterprise-scale architectures. Guide Agile development using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, shaping project roadmaps and tracking progress. Coordinate risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance reporting. You Have 5+ years of experience in IT project or program management, solution architecture, and enterprise integration Experience with Agile methodologies, risk analysis, schedule and budget management, and stakeholder communication Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Management field CAPM or CSM Certification Secret clearance Nice If You Have 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs, secure mobility deployments, and enterprise-wide integrations Knowledge of CSfC requirements, secure mobile communications, layered encryption, zero-trust architectures, MDM, cloud integration, containerization, and DevSecOps TS/SCI clearance preferred PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation, or CISSP Certification Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
