We are seeking a hands-on IT Business Systems Analyst to support data-driven initiatives and help drive delivery across development and product teams. This role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions, stabilizing ongoing work, and supporting transformation efforts within a complex operational environment.

Location: Findlay, OH, or Denver, CO, or San Antonio, TX - Onsite
The ideal candidate will have a strong SQL and data analysis background, combined with experience working closely with business stakeholders and Agile product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and product teams to gather, clarify, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables
- Identify gaps in delivery and help drive priorities across development teams
- Perform data analysis, validation, and reporting to support business decisions
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and system functionality
- Support API testing and data integration validation
- Collaborate with SMEs to improve understanding of business processes and data flows
- Assist with change management, communication, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (must be able to write complex queries)
- Expertise in:
- Joins, CTEs, aggregations
- Stored procedures
- Query performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Proven experience in data analysis, validation, and reporting
- Experience with reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
- Ability to troubleshoot data integrity and aggregation issues
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or Inventory systems
- Experience with API testing and integration workflows
- Exposure to Oil & Gas or Terminal Operations environments
- Familiarity with GenAI / LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and their business applications
- Lean or process improvement mindset
