Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking an Interventional Cardiologist to join a growing practice Community Westfield Hospital and Community Howard Regional Hospital. Our Cardiovascular Product Line has a well-deserved reputation for providing comprehensive cardiac care with excellent patient outcomes.
Cardiovascular Product Line consists of 45+ Cardiologists, 3 Cardiothoracic Surgeons, 7 Vascular Surgeons, and approximately 50 APPs.
Shared 1:4 STEMI call

Licensure & Certification
83; American Board of Cardiology certification
83; Indiana medical license will be required
Desired requirements
83; Interest in peripheral vascular work is desired
83; Welcome multidisciplinary approach to patient care
83; Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
83; Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
