What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop supervisors and audit teams
- Set department goals and optimize workflows
- Present audit results to senior leadership and trustees
- Drive process improvements and system updates
- Resolve escalated employer issues and complex audit cases
What You Bring
- 10+ years of management experience in a production environment
- Degree in Accounting or related; CPA is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience in audit or compliance (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead large teams and deliver results
