About the Role
A company is looking for a Remote Triage Team Member - CMA. Key Responsibilities Provide telephonic support for care management patients through basic triage and care coordination Assess patient conditions, offer appropriate advice, and document calls accurately Refer patients to the appropriate healthcare provider when specialized care is needed Required Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant with a minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in pain management Hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Ability to work in a HIPAA-compliant environment and manage time effectively High-speed internet and a compatible desktop or laptop computer Must complete orientation and begin working within two weeks of hire date
