About the Role
UNC Health - - Responsibilities: Verifies and updates key ADT information (insurance verification, patient and guarantor demographics) to ensure safety and billing accuracy; Schedules all new and follow-up patient appointments and reschedules cancellations when possible; Completes and documents governmental, regulatory, financial, and contractual forms per procedure; Uses price estimation tool during registration to provide accurate estimates to patients; Meets target for upfront collections including deposits, estimated amounts due, co-pays, and/or prior balances
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience in patient access or healthcare scheduling
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes
- Strong communication and data accuracy skills
