We’re Hiring: Infrastructure Services Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Services Engineer to join a fast-paced and collaborative IT team. The ideal candidate brings strong network engineering expertise, hands-on infrastructure experience, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support enterprise infrastructure environments, including servers, virtualization platforms, and network equipment
• Administer and optimize network performance, security, and reliability across enterprise systems
• Monitor and respond to system/network alerts, including participation in an on-call rotation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and networking issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Implement and manage firewall policies, load balancing, and network segmentation strategies
• Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
• Perform root cause analysis and drive long-term system stability improvements
• Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes for knowledge sharing and operational consistency

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering and enterprise infrastructure operations
• Strong understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, VLANs, VPNs, routing protocols, and network security best practices
• Experience with Cisco networking equipment, Palo Alto firewalls, and Meraki wireless technologies
• Proven ability to troubleshoot VoIP and video conferencing issues at the network level
• Experience working with ISP providers, connectivity troubleshooting, and service management
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments, VMware virtualization, and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Scripting and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or Ansible
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Certifications:

CCNP, CCDP, PCNSA, PCNSE, VCP, or similar industry certifications are highly valued.
