Information Technology Project Manager

Q Investments is looking for a full-time IT Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for project management and follow through along with the desire to grow as an all around professional.

Our IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing technology projects on time, within scope, and on budget. They will serve as the central coordinator between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors - translating business requirements into actionable project plans and keeping everyone aligned throughout the lifecycle.

Day-to-day, this role will involve managing timelines, tracking milestones, running status meetings, mitigating risks, and removing roadblocks for the team.

The role is largely about communication and accountability rather than hands-on technical work. The IT PM doesn't need to write the code or configure the servers - they need to understand enough to ask the right questions, escalate the right issues, and keep the project moving forward.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent role experience.
• Have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Have organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn.
• Must be willing to commit at least 2 years to this role.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance productivity and workflow.
• Have explored AI-driven solutions to automate repetitive work, synthesize information, or support decision-making and be able to demonstrate such solutions.
