Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.***Requirements:****Minimum Qualifications & Requirements*** Meets minimum qualifications and requirements for primary role.* At least 2 years of experience in the primary role .* Proven record of exceptional performance in primary role.**Preferred Qualifications*** Exceeds minimum education, certification, and/or experience qualifications and requirements for primary role.*We will consider equivalent combinations of experience and education for certain jobs. Specific responsibilities and expectations will be defined by the Team Lead’s direct supervisor. In addition, the Team Lead takes on a regular workload in the primary job assignment and is recognized as a role model by their peers.
