About The Role The Implementation Support Analyst provides onsite implementation support and user enablement for internal retail and wholesale technology platforms. This role travels to company locations across the North East US to ensure successful software adoption by production and retail teams through hands‑on training, documentation, troubleshooting, and process optimization. Expect 50% travel. How You’ll Make a Difference Implementation & User Support Provide onsite support to retail and production locations during software rollouts and system implementations Train internal teams on POS and B2B platform functionality and best practices Troubleshoot system usage issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution Support locations through system upgrades, migrations, and configuration changes Conduct system adoption audits and assess user capability gaps Serve as primary point of contact for field teams during implementation phases Documentation & Training Materials Develop training materials, quick reference guides, and job aids tailored to different user roles Create and maintain SOPs for system workflows and business processes Document location‑specific processes and best practices Build and maintain internal knowledge base for self‑service support Update documentation to reflect system changes and process improvements Reporting & Analytics Support Assist field teams with generating and interpreting operational reports Create standard report templates for common business needs Build basic dashboards for location performance, inventory, sales, and compliance tracking Support data validation and reconciliation activities Validate data accuracy in ERP integrations Process Improvement Identify system usage gaps and inefficiencies based on field observations Recommend solutions to improve software adoption and workflow efficiency Document automation opportunities and process improvement initiatives Support pilot programs and vendor evaluations for new tools Facilitate feedback loops between field teams and systems leadership Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as liaison between field operations and technical/BI teams Partner with BI Developer on data models, reports, and testing Coordinate onboarding and system access management Communicate system updates and changes to field stakeholders Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experience supporting non‑technical end users and delivering training Experience with cannabis software - Preferred Ability to translate technical concepts into user‑friendly language Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Comfort working independently in field environments Willingness to travel 50% (primarily North East US) Perks & Benefits Full suite of medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid parental leave 401(k) Paid Time Off Short Term and Long Term Disability Employee Assistance Program Employee life insurance and supplemental life Spouse and child life and AD&D Pet insurance FSA and HSA available Schedule This position regularly works normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Work Environment And Physical Demands Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment.
