About the Role
Job Title Implementation Project Manager Job Description Serve the healthcare community through effective and efficient management of capital medical equipment installations and IT solution implementation at various stages across the healthcare continuum for the Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) business. Your role: Manage multiple patient monitoring system and/or therapeutic care implementations that vary in scope, size and complexity. Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation and systems integration. You will ensure a stellar customer experiences guided by the statement of work. Coordinate, lead and motivate a diverse cross‑functional team of internal and external Sales, Clinical and Technical resources in coordination with the hospital provided project manager or point(s) of contact. Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines. Advised on project plan and responsible for daily updates on project status and activities. This is a field‑based position with travel up to 75% of the time in the Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa market and occasionally to other areas. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience (with a Bachelor’s Degree) or 9+ years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment preferred. You have a Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combined experience/education in the areas of: Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management. Knowledge and experience in Hospital Patient Monitoring is preferred. You have robust leadership skills, paired with the ability to influence across all project resources/stakeholders. You have excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills. You have a PMI certification or a willingness to obtain one within a specific time period of your start date in this role. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Illinois, Missouri and Iowa and travel up to 75% in the market. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. Benefits The pay range for this position in IL, MO, or IA is $90,000 to $143,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
