About the Role

Position Overview LHH is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal to support our clients Florida based immigration practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment and has strong experience in employment-based immigration matters. The Business Immigration Paralegal will provide comprehensive case support for corporate immigration matters, including H-1B petitions, O and P visa renewals, E-2 visa embassy processing, and other employment-based immigration filings. While this role supports the Orlando office, it may be performed remotely; however, candidates must reside in Florida. Responsibilities Prepare and file nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B, O, and P visas Assist with E-2 visa applications, including embassy processing and supporting documentation Draft immigration forms, letters, and supporting materials for attorney review Manage case files and ensure accurate and timely filing of petitions Communicate with clients regarding document collection and case updates Track deadlines and maintain accurate records in case management systems Support attorneys with a variety of business immigration matters as needed Qualifications Prior experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal strongly preferred Direct experience with H-1B, O, P, and E-2 visa processes required Strong knowledge of USCIS procedures, forms, and filing requirements Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems Additional Information Remote flexibility but candidate must live in Florida Collaborative, fast-paced team environment Second language not required The firm offers a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive benefits program, which may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and other firm-sponsored benefits, depending on eligibility.
