Compensation & Incentives
Pay range: $31.00 – $47.00 per hour (based on experience)
$10,000 sign-on bonus
$5,000 relocation assistance

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to critically ill and high-acuity patients
Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life support interventions
Operate and monitor critical care equipment (ventilators, cardiac monitors, etc.)
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and emergencies
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1–2 years of ICU or critical care experience (Required)
Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Certifications
BLS (Required)
ACLS (Required)
Additional certifications (e.g., PALS, CCRN) preferred
