Position Overview / Responsibilities for the IAM Business Analyst: Gather and analyze IAM requirements from stakeholders to align with security and business goals. Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet security standards. Conduct gap analyses to ensure compliance with regulatory standards like ISO 27001. Optimize identity management procedures, user experience, and access control models. Support integration of IAM solutions with systems and APIs, resolving access‑related issues. Required Skills for IAM Business Analyst: Strong understanding of interoperability protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and SCIM. Proficiency in IAM processes, including RBAC, provisioning, and deprovisioning. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Proven problem‑solving abilities in complex security and access management scenarios. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
