About the Role
Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Apprentices will be trained and will perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites; Apprentices will participate in certified training through Service Technical Academy that will build skill sets; Through coaching and mentorship, apprentices will develop skills to troubleshoot and resolve both technical issues as well as customer needs; You will keep JCI, contractors, and the customer advised of job progress and issues as needed; You will meet attendance requirements for required Union training for first year
Responsibilities

- Perform on HVAC equipment and controls on client sites
- Participate in certified training and apprenticeship programs
Qualifications
- Must be in an apprenticeship program or union-based role
- Ability to learn HVAC controls and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of HVAC systems (or willing to learn)
