Johnson Controls - - Responsibilities: Conduct preventive maintenance, repair, installation, general servicing and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC systems; Mentor peers on mechanical HVAC installation & service activities; Properly complete required project and service documentation; Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility is running efficiently and upsell opportunities; Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions

Qualifications
- Experience with preventive maintenance or on-the-job training in HVAC mechanical systems
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills on chiller and HVAC equipment
- Ability to read/interpret diagrams and documentation or willingness to learn
