HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR
Salary: $55,000–$75,000
Location: Killingly, CT area

- Own full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant experience
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures
- Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Process payroll in partnership with the accounting team
- Administer benefits, including health plans, 401(k), and profit-sharing programs
- Support performance management and employee relations efforts
- Assist with HR initiatives, compliance, and internal programs
- 2+ years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a growing, evolving environment
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
