Salary: $55,000–$75,000
Location: Killingly, CT area

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant experience
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee questions related to policies and procedures
  • Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Process payroll in partnership with the accounting team
  • Administer benefits, including health plans, 401(k), and profit-sharing programs
  • Support performance management and employee relations efforts
  • Assist with HR initiatives, compliance, and internal programs
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a coordinator or generalist capacity
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a growing, evolving environment
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
