Requisition #: 647668 Location: La Loche, SK, CA, TBD Career Area: Hourly & Seasonal Job Description ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for a lodge near La Loche, SK. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet customer needs, and maintaining assigned areas to achieve customer and client satisfaction. Successful candidates should have some experience in the remote or commercial industries. Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. Transportation is provided to site. Rotation: 14 days on site and 14 days off site. All candidates considered for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check. Job Responsibilities Schedules and assigns daily work assignments to a custodial team. Oversees the completion of tasks assigned to the custodial team and ensures the quality of work is satisfactory. Partners with department leadership to address performance deficiencies of the custodial team. Participates in training of new employees and re‑training of employees, as needed. Maintains cleanliness of assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards. Maintains a clean, tidy, and clutter‑free work environment to mitigate safety hazards. Thoroughly cleans and maintains housekeeping equipment. Follows procedures for storage and disposal of trash and transports it to designated areas. Reports maintenance concerns via work order requests to the appropriate personnel. Adheres to established procedures to provide a safe working environment, complying with applicable accredited agencies and Aramark regulations. Ensures security of company assets and facility, keeping doors and equipment storage areas locked/unlocked as required. Qualifications Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Previous custodial experience. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to follow basic safety procedures. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
