About the Role

PCH Hotels and Resorts - 10 Hightower Place - Responsibilities: Be the Heart of Hospitality: Ensure all public areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, including hallways, restrooms, stairwells, and lobbies.; Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist housekeeping staff by delivering clean linens, towels, and amenities to guest rooms and housekeeping storage areas.; Ensure Safety & Maintenance: Report any safety or maintenance issues to the appropriate department for quick resolution.; Organize and Restock: Maintain supply closets, carts, and other housekeeping areas to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
