Hyatt Place Santa Cruz is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning team.

As a housekeeper, you play an important role in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for each guest. Your attention to detail and consistency help maintain the high standards our hotel is known for.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming guest rooms and bathrooms according to hotel standards
  • Changing bed linens, making beds, and ensuring rooms are fresh and ready for guests
  • Restocking room supplies, such as soap, shampoo, and towels
  • Organizing your laundry closet and maintaining your cleaning cart
  • Preparing your cart and supplies for the next day before finishing each shift
  • Greeting guests with a friendly and professional attitude
