Housekeeper - Ft

STGi is seeking a Housekeeper to provide services at our Georgia War Veterans Home.

Essential Functions:

• Clean, disinfect equipment and supplies, monitor environment for potential hazards, clean vacant rooms as assigned, ensure proper disposal of infectious waste(s) into appropriate containers and other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to push, pull, move and/or lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
• Work is typically performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
• Work is performed on multi-level facilities.

Required Skills:

• Effective English communication skills
• Ability to understand basic housekeeping tasks consistent with facility priorities.
• Professional demeanor with resident community

Required Education:

• Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
