About the Role
IHG Hotels & Resorts - 6750 Main Street - Responsibilities: Perform major repairs and maintenance work to ensure hotel maintenance quality and safety standards are achieved and maintained; Follow procedures that ensure the security of inventory and assets, replenish supplies in a timely manner, and minimize waste; Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments; Respond to guest questions, complaints and/or requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction; Maintain and repair interior and exterior of buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, and water treatment systems
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in maintenance is preferred
- Ability to read procedures and follow safety guidelines
