Hematology Oncology Physician Opportunity at Lexington Health - South Carolina
About the Role
Lexington Health Cancer Center is seeking a highly skilled Hematologist/Oncologist with clinical experience to establish and develop a new practice location in the Northeast area of Columbia, SC.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and clinically excellent medical oncologist with previous experience in a multi-disciplinary, patient-centric, and growing environment.
Position Highlights:
The weekly schedule will be a mix of managing the outpatient clinic and infusion suite
Clinical research is welcomed, where all physicians have a hand in at least one trial
Participate in weekly tumor conferences attended by radiation oncologists, medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, and pathologists
Oncology-trained APP Support
Call responsibilities include approximately a 1:11 Rotation
About Lexington Oncology Northeast:
18,000 sqft. state-of-the-art practice
Dedicated USP 800 certified oncology pharmacy
Onsite lab processing and 16 infusion chair suite
Remote and/or onsite access to patient navigation, oncology dietician, social work, and genetic counseling services
Lexington Health Cancer Center has also partnered with Duke Cancer Network to provide patients clinical trial access through a research and education agreement.
