• $700K+ starting base salary guarantee
• Up to $500K signing bonus (forgiven over 5 yrs)
• 2-yr track to partnership with no expensive buy-in
• Anticipated post-guarantee earnings of $1-1.2M+, thanks in large part to infusion-related profitability & ancillary distributions
• 16-chair infusion center exclusively for Oncology (plus 2nd infusion center w/ 10 chairs for everything else)
You will truly have a voice in your practice and a seat at the table as a part of this physician-owned group:
• More than 40 specialties in-house = extensive opportunities for collaboration & streamlined multidisciplinary care
• Turn-key opportunity: 90% of all patients are internal referrals
• Hem/Onc team includes 3 medical oncologists, APPs, full-time pharmacist, clinic & infusion RNs (all oncology certified), prior auth team, nurse navigators
• 90% Onc, 10% Hem (develop a niche in one or more disease sites if desired)
