Apply portfolio analysis techniques, including bibliometric analysis, to evaluate and report on trends, growth, and impact of projects and programs. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings and share insights with key stakeholders and steering committees. Work with large datasets and utilize R and R Studio for analysis where appropriate. Identify gaps or opportunities in program performance through data evaluation and support evidence-based decision-making processes. The world can't wait.**You Have:*** 5+ years of experience in data analysis, such as public health or biomedical research environments* Experience with portfolio analysis techniques, including bibliometric analysis* Experience in R and R Studio for statistical analysis and data manipulation* Experience in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling* Experience developing SOPs and documenting workflows* Ability to structure data visualizations into compelling narratives* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently* Ability to present complex data clearly* Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and build strong working relationships* Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, bioengineering, or biomedical science**Nice If You Have:*** Experience supporting health focused organizations, such as academic training in health or healthcare* Possession of strong organizational and task management skills* Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills* Doctorate degree in public health, epidemiology, bioengineering, or biomedical science**Compensation**At Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
