Must have current medical licensure or be able to obtain one Must have least three years of documented residency program leadership experience Be willing to combine administrative and diagnostic (teaching) responsibilities (50/50) Have strong administrative and team building skills Ongoing and continuous scholarly activity is expected Prior experience as a chief resident or core faculty are highly encouraged to apply.
