Surrogate Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, candidates should:
Be
21–36 years old
Have a
BMI under 32
Have had
at least one healthy pregnancy and delivery
Have had
no more than 5 total deliveries and no more than 2 C-sections
Be a
non-smoker and drug-free
Be in
good physical and mental health
Maintain a
stable lifestyle and clean criminal record
Be a
U.S. citizen or permanent resident

Surrogacy Support & Compensation
Qualified surrogates receive a comprehensive support and compensation package, including:
$1,200 Screening Bonus
$1,500 Legal Clearance Bonus
Base compensation with total packages typically ranging from $60,000–$100,000+
