About the Role
H&M - - Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience; Promote and sell products and actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives; Maintain garment care, refill, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house; Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices; Maintain stock levels and assist with replenishment and visual merchandising according to guidelines
