H&M - 100 Grand Central Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience; Promote and sell products to customers and support achieving sales targets; Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives; Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house and assist with garment care and presentation; Collaborate with store team and participate in onboarding and training as needed
