About the Role
Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities: Greet guests as they enter and exit the venue; Communicate venue policies and procedures to guests as they enter the venue; Be proactive to ensure the guests have an exceptional experience; Act as a helpful customer facing staff member and answer questions about upgrades, merch, and ADA accommodations; Set-up and break down stanchions, tables, signage, etc. in areas inside & outside the venue
