Vision Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to guests during check-in and check-out; Respond to guest requests with urgency and concern; Maintain knowledge of hotel systems including PBX, key card, PMS reservation systems, and general office machines; Sell and up-sell rooms to walk-ins and phone reservations; Strive for 100% occupancy and 100% guest satisfaction
