About the Role
First Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Welcome arriving guests and complete the hotel's arrival/check-in experience, ensuring special requests are fulfilled and accurate information is received.; Engage in purposeful communication and build rapport with guests, creating an open dialogue to uncover guest expectations and unrealized needs.; Promote hotel brand loyalty programs, encourage guest participation, and offer special rate packages and upgrades when appropriate.; Assist guests with luggage, including transporting bags to and from guest rooms, the lobby, and designated storage areas in a timely and professional manner.; Escort guests to their rooms upon arrival, providing a brief orientation of the hotel and its amenities to enhance the guest experience.
