About the Role
Altar'd State - - Responsibilities: Provide guests with exceptional service through relationship building and product knowledge sharing while maintaining a clean, well-presented store environment; Lead and support management to achieve store goals, including guest service, sales objectives, loss prevention, and merchandising presentation; Coach associates on guest interactions to increase transactions and capture guest opportunities; Ensure attainment of sales and inventory shortage goals; Maintain brand presentation and a clean, presentable store environment
