Target - 1330 Martin Boulevard - Responsibilities: Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard; Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks; When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs; Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events; Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed
