Target - 220 South River Road - Responsibilities: Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.; Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.; When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.; Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities and events.; Know and speak to the benefits of Target Loyalty programs with every guest and assist with application or sign-up as needed.
