Seasonal and part-time employees have access to several great perks. If a certification is required for your position (such as CPR, First Aid, or lifeguard credentials), the City will cover the cost of the certification where applicable, helping you get trained and ready to work without paying out of pocket.

You're also eligible to purchase a 12-visit punch pass for just $5, which can be used throughout the Kettering Recreation Complex for access to fitness areas, swimming, the ice arena, the water park, and select exercise classes. In addition, employees may receive discounts on PRCA programs and discounts on concessions at the Adventure Reef Water Park.
