About the Role
SBM Management Services - - Responsibilities: Maintains cleanliness of assigned area including removal of litter and debris; Safely uses and maintains equipment such as lawn mowers, snow removal equipment, power washers, trimmers, edging tools, shears, and blowers; Trims and edges around walks, flower beds, and walls; Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs; Shovels snow from walks and driveways
